"I'll do my best," Spike said, taking a shallow breath now that Wesley's hands had moved somewhere a bit less sensitive. "But you'd probably take me reminding you as a criticism. Not much of an improvement."

Everything was hazy, sounds muffled by the ringing in his ears, but Spike could feel Wesley's arms around him like they were the only solid thing in the world. He stroked Wesley's forearm gratefully. "God, I love you," he said between panting breaths.

Spike shivered as Wesley's lips touched his tender skin. He felt tired and wrung out, ready to sleep, but he was fairly certain that Wesley could get any reaction from him he wanted. "Bed sounds great," he said, turning in Wesley's arms and giving him a gentle but extended kiss.
