Wesley sighed internally and smiled, bending to kiss Spike. "Hmm. Then what would you like here and now?"

"Let's start with another kiss," Spike said, surprised but pleased that Wesley was dropping the subject.

"That," Wesley said, "I can definitely do." He pressed his lips to Spike's slowly, taking his time.

"No question about that," Spike murmured when the kiss finally ended. It took him a moment to focus his eyes again.

If Spike didn't want to share what he wanted in the long term, Wesley reasoned, then it would just be necessary to give him what he wanted in the now. "What else would you like?"

Spike's attention was caught again by the bruise he had left on Wesley's throat. "You could tell me you liked being shagged on the kitchen table," he suggested, hating that he wanted the reassurance about what he had done, especially at the end, and trying to play down his need by giving Wesley a slightly wolfish grin.

"I loved it," Wesley said honestly, although if he were being wholly honest he'd also admit that he was rather sore as a result of it. "Every moment. You have my full permission to ravish me there -- or anywhere else -- whenever you like."
