"Mmm. I know the feeling. Both of them." Spike stroked the fingers of one hand gently through Wesley's hair and down the back of his neck, more thankful than he could express that Wesley seemed to want to be close as much as he did, himself.

With a murmured sigh of contentment, Wesley pressed even closer to Spike. "Hmm. Perfect." His hand curved around Spike's hip, stroking over the skin delicately, as he wondered if Spike was ticklish.

"Good," Spike said, adjusting his position slightly so that he could hold Wesley more comfortably and snugly. He could feel his eyelids threatening to drift shut, but he fought against it, wanting to be able to enjoy this moment with all of his senses. He watched his fingers thread through Wesley's dark hair and said, "Want you to be happy."

Wesley twisted his leg back around Spike's, hooking his heel behind the other man's calf. "Well being here with you certainly doesn't make me unhappy. Although I'm starting to think we might want to move the refrigerator in here -- that way we won't have to interrupt... whatever else we might get up to."

"Doesn't make me unhappy" was hardly a shining statement of contentment in Spike's view. He removed his hand from Wesley's hair and settled it on his shoulder. "If you're thinking about having a bite to eat in the middle of 'whatever else we might get up to,' we're not doing it right."

Arching his back enough so that he could look at Spike's face, Wesley smiled gently. "Oh, believe me, it's the last thing I'm thinking of, during. I just meant that we'd need to keep up our strength."

"Good idea. Wouldn't want you to get worn out from having to walk all the way to the kitchen as well." Spike's grin faded as his mind found a more serious side to that train of thought. "You'll tell me if I'm... too much, right?"

Wesley didn't need to let the question sink in before responding -- he rolled, pinning Spike beneath him and pressing his own body down, rubbing it against Spike's leisurely. "You're perfect," he said, looking into Spike's eyes as he spoke. "As long as you let me get some sleep occasionally, I can't imagine having enough of you, let alone too much."

Having Wesley's weight on top of him made Spike's sore ribs ache, but he couldn't find it in him to care, not when Wesley was looking at him so intently and saying things like that. "I feel the same way about you, pet," Spike said, holding him close. "Though I'm more flexible about the sleep."

Leaning in the necessary few inches, Wesley pressed his lips to Spike's in a long, soft kiss.

Spike made a soft sound of pleasure and tenderly returned the kiss. He stroked his hands slowly down Wesley's back, molding their bodies together.
