"Good." If Spike was surprised to find that his voice cracked on the word, he was even more surprised to feel prickling behind his eyelids, warning him of emotions roiling just beneath the surface. Closing his eyes and kissing Wesley again, he slid his hand around to the small of Wesley's back, pressing him close and keeping him from pulling away for a little while longer.
