Spike doubted that greatly, though he supposed that he might fit some of Wesley's more superficial requirements, like being a vampire with a soul. It was ironic, he thought, that admitting his feelings to Wesley and to himself actually made him feel worse about that thought. He shook his head and said, "You hoped for a recently-incorporeal souled vampire with no money who eats all your food and gets in fights in your living room? Might want to think bigger next time, pet."
